Q: When will I receive my UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser?

A: You will receive your package 3-10 days after ordering. It normally ships within 1-2 business days, at which time you will receive a tracking number. It should then reach you within another week from shipping. We ask for your patience and understanding as the warehouse team works hard around the clock to get products shipped out promptly during these unprecedented times.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: You will receive a tracking number at the time your package leaves the warehouse. This will normally be within 1-2 business days of the time you place your order. The tracking number may be with UPS, Fedex, or USPS. It will be sent to your email, or to you phone if you only submitted a phone number at the checkout page. Thank you for your patience as the warehouse team works very hard to get the packages out quickly during this time of intense demand.

Q: Is faster shipping available?

A: An express shipping option provided by Fedex Ground is available at checkout.

Q: Where does UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser ship from?

A: It ships from our fulfillment center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Q: How will I recognize my box of UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser?

A: Your UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser will arrive in an unmarked brown box, with a label indicating that UsPlus Healthcare Products was the sender.

RETURNS

Q: Can I return the product for a refund?

A: Due to current circumstances, extremely high demand, and the need for all team members to assist with production, packaging, and distribution in order to keep up with demand, all purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are possible at this time. Thank you for your understanding as we work around the clock, seven days a week, to make UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser as widely available as possible.

NUMBER OF BOTTLES

Q: When I select a quantity of 1 box, does that really mean I will receive 9 bottles?

A: Yes. There are 9 bottles in each box. Each bottle is either 2 ounces or 4 ounces in size.

Q: I would like to order fewer than 9 bottles for my initial order, to try out your product.

A: In order to keep up with extremely high demand, we are currently offering only one packaging option, the box of 9 units. This allows us to package the bottles at a faster rate and serve more customers. However, we soon plan to introduce a 4-pack of 4-ounce bottles. Please check our website for announcements.

PRODUCT AND USAGE

Q: What does UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser smell like?

A: It has the distinct and intense scent of alcohol, which immediately dissipates as it evaporates, leaving behind a mild hint of eucalyptus fragrance, which also dissipates quickly.

Q: How long does it take UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser to evaporate?

A: This will vary depending on many factors including the nature of the surface and how much you spray, but it generally takes 10-20 seconds to evaporate from hands if you are rubbing them, and up to 5 minutes to evaporate from other surfaces if you have sprayed heavily.

Q: Will UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser discolor my fabrics or surfaces?

A: As the product contains a low concentration of hydrogen peroxide (0.125%), please test it on a hidden area of fabric before using it on furniture or clothing, to be sure it will not discolor the fabric.

Q: Will UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser leave an oily film on surfaces?

A: Unlike many products which contain moisturizers such as glycerin, UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser will evaporate completely, leaving no oily film on your surfaces.

Q: Can I drink or ingest UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser?

A: DO NOT, under any circumstances, drink or ingest UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser. It is for external use only.

Q: How long will my bottle of UsPlus Hand & Surface Cleanser last?

A: Each spray will dispense approximately 0.005 ounces. Therefore, you will get approximately 400 individual sprays from a 2-ounce bottle and 800 sprays from a 4-ounce bottle. You may find that 3-4 sprays are needed each time you spray your hands.
